MG Vanquish (Vanquish Miniaturas Garzon) was an innovative Spanish slot car manufacturer founded in 2002 by Eduardo Garzon, a former Fly employee. Operating until 2004, MG Vanquish became renowned for producing highly detailed 1/32 scale (closer to 1/28) slot cars featuring groundbreaking technology for their time, particularly the world's first production slot car with a functional rear differential. Specializing in Can-Am racing cars, they produced limited quantities of carefully crafted models including McLaren M8 variants, Lola T260s, Shadow Mk2s, BRM racers, and select Formula 1 cars like the Lotus 72. These collector's items featured exceptional interior detailing and realistic monocoque construction. While MG Vanquish cars are no longer in production, they remain highly sought-after by collectors and vintage slot car enthusiasts. Note: spare parts are extremely difficult to obtain, and the differential system requires careful maintenance.
